About 18 months ago we moved from the urban sprawl to a much more rural location. I guess what people find inspirational in terms of finding a place to write is a matter of personal taste, but for me my new home and in particular my lovely little office is just the best place to sit and write.
My home is a stone and wood cottage, it is completely surrounded by trees, and as you can see below, the little first floor pod on sticks is my office.
You can just spot the kookaburra in the tree above 🙂

Yes, there should be so much good writing coming out of this new inspirational new office!

Beautiful! We made a similar move about 7 years ago and I find inspiration in the woods around me, the changes in weather (love storms), and the wildlife. I do need to add an office with a view though.

Sounds perfect! 🙂 It was one of my life goals to have a room with a view, and now I have one I am very happy. Definitely recommend you carve out a little office spot. Just checked out your blog – maybe consider adding a follow option on it? Would love to follow your writing progress!

I have been trying to add one for weeks to no avail. Supposedly you can follow by liking a blog. For some reason, follow button and reblog button are not allowed with version of Jetpack. Still new to WP so I will sort it out somehow.

May be the theme – but you can try looking in your dashboard under appearance – widgets – follow button – add it to area of choice … 😉 takes a bit if setting up , only started mine in February so I feel your pain.

I found it! It was in plug ins but had to be for Jetpack.

Wow, that is stunning. I imagine I would find it so peaceful to write there too. This is what I aim for, I eventually want to live in a location surrounded by nature with stunning rolling views. Thank you for sharing, it is so beautiful.
